Helping you heal through counseling, coaching, and mind-body interventions.
Healing takes place within relationships. We were never meant to walk this path alone. I meet clients where they are with compassion and empathy. Through that, we create a relationship, a connection. I walk alongside my clients in a way that helps them to realize the wisdom that lies within and in that, they find healing.
Meet Jeanine
During the first 25 years of my career, I took a traditional path as a teacher and a school counselor. This path allowed me to develop rich relationships with children and their families, I worked not only with children but with their parents and their educators to remove barriers to learning and help them to be more successful.
As I began to acknowledge my own path of healing, I became a mental health counselor. During this time, I sought additional means of helping children and families and discovered yoga. I began integrating it into my work and my own life.
I went down a path of yoga and meditation for about 10 years at the same time experiencing lukewarm faith. I was simply going through the motions. As my now husband Ted began his journey to the Catholic faith, I went through my own conversion. We entered into the vocation of marriage on September 8, 2023, and both now experience the true depths of God's love through this sacrament. I continue to use mind-body interventions in my work but do so in a way that follows the teachings of the Catholic Church. Together, Ted and I are on a path of serving God's purpose in our lives.
While my work with children and families was valuable and rewarding, I realized that quite often, the family system could not support the work I was doing with children. I began to view my work through a lens of prevention and realized I would help more children by working with adults. As I began that work, I found women drawn to my practice. Over the last few years, I have developed a practice that specifically meets the needs of women.
I will walk alongside you as you work toward the goals we have created for you. When you feel ready to do it without me, we will decide on the next steps for you.
